The firm was founded in 1981 by Dillon H. Fries, Sr. a fourth generation Atlantan. The company was expanded for several years before being reorganized to focus on a more personalized service with an emphasis on relocation appraising, estate valuations, and appraising for divorce proceedings, where there is a strong need for the highest possible level of accuracy and professionalism. We attempt to provide a personalized approach in providing the most cost effective, accurate, comprehensive valuation of your residential real estate by first determining your needs and matching it with the appropriate level of our services.
